This is your opportunity to support Masha Fund, specifically "The Unbreakable Mom" project, which focuses on the psychological and mental health of women and children in Ukraine.

Launched in June 2022, “The Unbreakable Mom” project proved itself as an effective program to stabilize the emotional state of women and children affected by war. This is a program has been specially developed by professionals in the field of psychotherapy and post-traumatic syndromes. Over 2000 people have finished the program. And thousands of women and children still need help.

Every day, the Masha Fund receives hundreds of applications from women who need help. Almost 60% of women were under occupation, the rest survived the blockade or were in terrible conditions in hot spots of Ukraine. 25% witnessed violence. Half of all women who apply for the project have nowhere to return – their housing is damaged or destroyed. There are girls who became victims of war crimes, physical and sexual violence, torture, and mutilation, and who suffered terrible trauma. Women and children who lost their family members, children who witnessed murders and torture. Children with psychological disorders caused by war.

The purpose of "The Unbreakable Mom" program is:
– Prevention of the development of PTSD
– Stabilization of the psycho-emotional state:
• working through a traumatic experience
• mastering the methods of self-regulation
• formation of successful coping strategies
• development of abilities for adaptation, self-realization
– Creating new social connections:
• growth of social activity of program participants
• improvement of family relations
• improving communication skills

For three weeks, race participants undergo intensive work with psychologists in the Carpathians. Masha Fund covers all accommodation, food and program costs for women and their children.
