Dear friends, lovers of art and movement,
my name is Klára Tilcerová, and I would like to reach out to you at a moment which is really important in my professional and artistic journey.
I have been accepted into the Partial Scholarship Programme for the study of the Human Animal and body movement language under the guidance of Stefan Crainic and Josephine Haas for the academic year 2026/2027.
This is a unique program, with only 6 participants selected worldwide each year. And I made it in! :-)
The program is partially funded and includes year-round theoretical preparation, as well as a series of intensive practical courses, mainly in Berlin, but also in Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland, Spain, Iceland, and the USA.
Participation in this program is a great honor for me, but it also represents a significant financial burden. My income is primarily based on teaching work, and due to the time and physical demands of the individual courses, as well as the necessary theoretical preparation, I will not be able to dedicate myself to it to the same extent as before.
Therefore, I am turning to you with a request for support. Any contribution will help me turn this unique opportunity into reality. At the same time, it will allow me to further develop and share the knowledge and experience gained, not only through artistic creation, but also through educational work with the general public, children, adults, and older movement enthusiasts alike.
I see the Human Animal project not only as a personal artistic and professional opportunity, but above all as a cultural and educational contribution with international reach. I plan to actively bring the experience back into the Czech and European context through workshops, teaching activities, and collaboration with dance and educational institutions. The aim is to develop a contemporary movement language, support innovative approaches in dance education, and make high-quality movement practice accessible to a wider public across generations. In this way, the project contributes to the development of cultural dialogue, the sharing of international experience, and the strengthening of contemporary dance as a tool for education and broader social impact.
If the project resonates with you, I would be deeply grateful not only for financial support, but also for sharing this fundraising campaign among your friends. Even this can significantly help the project reach people who may find inspiration in it.
I greatly appreciate everyone who decides to become part of this journey. Thanks to your support, a new project can emerge that connects movement, education, and creativity, and allows new approaches to working with the body to be shared with others.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your time, trust, and any form of support ❤️

Stefan Crainic & Josephine Haa / HUMAN ANIMAL
I have been dedicated to dance and acrobatics for several years. I apply my skills not only as a performer but also as a teacher. I have a diverse background in rhythmic gymnastics and have participated in numerous Czech and international competitions.
However, I feel a strong desire to continue developing and progressing, especially due to my deep passion for dance and movement as such. At the same time, my goal is to pass on my experience, educate the wider public, help people discover the joy of movement, and build a healthy and positive relationship with their own bodies. I am also interested in exploring the limits of the human body and using this practice as part of my research in the upcoming studies. That is why I applied for the opportunity to receive a partial scholarship for the Human Animal program under the guidance of Stefan Crainic and Josephine Haas.
Human Animal is a movement and educational practice and project led by Stefan Crainic and Josephine Haas, which combines elements of improvisation, contemporary dance, soft acrobatics, and bodily intelligence. The program emphasizes exploring movement as a natural, organic expression of the human body, developing body awareness, creativity, and adaptability through both improvisational tasks and techniques that support fluidity, coordination, and sensitivity towards one’s own body and environment. Classes and courses within Human Animal combine influences from various disciplines (dance, acrobatics, breakdance, capoeira) and support the search for one’s own movement language with a strong focus on creative exploration, learning through experience, and the integration of body and mind.
Their work can be viewed on their official website, as well as on social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
