Představení sbírky

Zoika je skvělá šestnáctiletá skladatelka, která miluje hudbu a její skladby dělají všem kolem ní velikou radost. Nejradši vypráví vtipy a poslouchá Harryho Pottera. Narodila se s vrozeným hydrocefalem a dětskou mozkovou obrnou. Má těžkou slabozrakost, ale na druhé straně absolutní sluch, což se odráží ve skvělé paměti a talentu učit se cizí jazyky. 

Pro její běžnou přepravu do školy, na rehabilitaci, nebo k lékařům je nezbytné spolehlivé speciální auto, které Zoice umožní alespoň trochu se přiblížit zážitkům, které jsou pro její vrstevníky normální. Zároveň je potřeba cestou autem Zoiku polohovat ve vozíčku, protože má těžkou skoliózu a časté bolesti zad. Nové auto však představuje výdaj, který si rodiče Zoiky nemohou dovolit.

The Purpose of the Fundraiser

Zoika is a brilliant 15 year old songwriter who loves music and her songs make everyone around her very happy. Her favourite things to do are telling jokes and listening to Harry Potter. She was born with congenital hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy. She is severely visually impaired, but on the other hand has absolute hearing, which is reflected in a great memory and a talent for learning foreign languages.

For her normal transportation to school, rehabilitation or doctors' appointments, a reliable special car is essential to allow Zoica to have at least some semblance of the experiences that are normal for her peers. At the same time, Zoika needs to be positioned in a wheelchair on the way in the car, as she has severe scoliosis and frequent back pain.

However, a new car is an expense that Zoika's parents cannot afford.

Komu pomůžeme?

Pomůžeme Zoice, která i přes svoje onemocnění žije velice veselým životem naplněným hudbou a smíchem. Má absolutní sluch, skládá hudbu, hraje na klavír, kytaru i ukulele. Její nejoblíbenější každoroční cesta autem je na „Víkend mladých skladatelů“ v Hradci nad Moravicí, vzdálené 4h od domova, kde Zoika konzultuje svoje skladby s profesory hudby a svoje skladby zahraje spolu s nimi na závěrečném koncertě.

Who will we help?

We will help Zoika, who despite her illness lives a very happy life filled with music and laughter. She has absolute hearing, composes music, plays piano, guitar and ukulele. Her favourite annual car trip is to the „Young Composers Weekend“ in Hradec nad Moravicí, 4 hours away from home, where Zoika consults her compositions with music professors and plays her pieces together with them at the final concert.

Na co konkrétně budou peníze z této sbírky použity?

Peníze ze sbírky budou použity na nákup auta s hydraulickou plošinou, která Zoiku vyveze nahoru do auta, kde bude ukotvená na jízdu ve vozíku, protože ji už maminka nezvládá zvedat a překládat na sedadlo auta. Úřad práce přispěje 200 000 Kč a na zbývající částku pořádáme sbírku.

V případě nedostatku financí využijeme vybrané peníze na nákup speciálního vozíku, případně na úhradu rehabilitací nehrazených zdravotní pojišťovnou. Vše se bude odvíjet od výše vybrané částky. Případné přebytky bychom využili na dovybavení auta, například na hydraulickou plošinu či další potřebné úpravy.

What exactly will be the money from the fundraiser used for?

The money from the fundraiser will be used to purchase a car with a hydraulic platform that will take Zoika up to the car, where she will be anchored to ride in a wheelchair, as her mother can no longer lift and transfer her to the car seat. The Labour Office will contribute CZK 200,000 and we are organising a fundraiser for the remaining amount.

In case of lack of funds, we will use the money collected to buy a special wheelchair or to pay for rehabilitation not covered by health insurance. Everything will depend on the amount collected. Any surplus would be used for retrofitting the car, for example for a hydraulic platform or other necessary modifications.
