Martina byla vitální, aktivní maminka a vychovávala dvě děti Vojtu ( 10 let ) a Magdalénku ( 7 let ), aktivně propagovala zdravý životní styl jak ve stravě, tak i ve volbě oblečení, včetně podpory nošení Barefoot bot pro zdravý vývoj chodidel u dětí. Také se aktivně zapojovala na sociálních sítích, aby šířila povědomí o kontaktním rodičovství a nošení dětí v šátcích. Také byla pravidelným dárcem krevní plazmy a byla také evidována, jako možný dárce kostní dřeně. Takhle jsme ji všichni znali – plnou energie, s úsměvem na tváři, vždy přátelskou a pozitivní…
Vše vypadalo pozitivně a nikdo nečekal, co přijde. Martině je 36 let a měla by si užívat života se svou rodinou.

Listopad 2023 …
Martina začala mít mírné brnění v prstech, následně v dlaních a v zápěstí, někdy se podobné symptomy objevili i v dolních končetinách. Vše nasvědčovalo onemocnění Karpálního tunelu a u dolních končetin se vše přisuzovalo nedostatku vitamínů a minerálů nebo stresu.Vše nabralo obrátky během 10 dní… z Martiny se stal úplný ležák závislý na pomoci druhých. Odvezli ji do nemocnice a hospitalizovali na neurologii, po dokončení všech výsledků zjistili, že se jedná o nejvzácnější formu Guillain – Barré syndromu ( AMSAN ), je to akutní motorická a senzorická axonální neuropatie.
V současné době neexistuje žádný konkrétní lék, nemoc se léčí plazmaferézou a aplikací imunoglobulinů. Asi po týdnu hospitalizace nasadili lékaři léčbu plazmaferézou, bohužel během pár dní se ze zavedených katetrů potřebných k výměně plazmy Martině do celého
těla rozšířila širokospektrální sepse ( otrava celého těla ), léčba byla okamžitě ukončena a Martina byla převezena na JIP, kde strávila dalších deset dní, než potlačili tuto otravu.
November 2023 …
Martina began to have slight tingling in her fingers, then in her hands and wrists, and sometimes similar symptoms appeared in her lower limbs. Everything pointed to Carpal Tunnel Disease and in the lower limbs everything was attributed to vitamin and mineral deficiencies or stress.Everything took a turn within 10 days… Martina became a complete layabout dependent on the help of others. She was taken to the hospital and admitted to neurology, after all the results were completed they found that it was the rarest form of Guillain – Barré syndrome ( AMSAN ), it is an acute motor and sensory axonal neuropathy.
Currently there is no specific cure, the disease is treated with plasmapheresis and the application of immunoglobulins. After about a week of hospitalization, the doctors started the plasmapheresis treatment, unfortunately, within a few days, the catheters needed to exchange the plasma into Martina's entire body, the treatment was immediately discontinued and Martina was transferred to the ICU where she spent the next ten days while they suppressed the poisoning.
Po opuštění z JIP se pokračovalo v léčbě aplikací imunoglobulinů. V nemocnici byla do ledna 2024 a následně byla převezena do rehabilitačního ústavu, kde je dosud.
Nyní je Duben 2024 a Martina není stále se svými dětmi a s manželem doma, je nyní hospitalizována v rehabilitačním ústavu, kde probíhá intenzivní rehabilitace, vše se daří jen částečně, nohy a ruce ale stále nefungují, je upoutána na mechanický invalidní vozík, který ovládá jen částečně dolními končetinami a stále je závislá na pomoci druhých.
After discharge from the ICU, treatment was continued with immunoglobulin administration. She was in the hospital until January 2024 and was then transferred to a rehabilitation facility, where she remains.
It is now April 2024 and Martina is still not at home with her children and husband, she is now hospitalized in a rehabilitation institute where intensive rehabilitation is underway, everything is only partially going well, but her legs and arms still do not work, she is confined to a mechanical wheelchair which she only partially controls with her lower limbs and she is still dependent on the help of others.
V rehabilitačním ústavu se následně projevili výpadky krátkodobé pamětí a výbavnost paměti dlouhodobé, ihned započala léčba kognitivní rehabilitací.
Poslední zpráva od lékaře zněla: „ paní Martina je těžce zdravotně postižená, závislá na pomoci jiné osoby, a současně není vzhledem ke svému zdravotnímu stavu schopna samostatně jednat, není ani schopna podpisu. “
In the rehabilitation facility, short-term memory lapses and long-term memory deficits were subsequently evident, and cognitive rehabilitation treatment was immediately initiated.
