Krabice s hračkami je krátký film o ztrátě a novém začátku. Sleduje otce a syna, kteří vybírají hračky, jež darují dětem s menším štěstím, než mají oni sami. Film zkoumá témata lásky a schopnosti nechat věci odejít, stejně jako vztah mezi rodičem a dítětem a pouto mezi otcem a synem.

Marco Rossi
Marco Rossi vystudoval Oxford School of Drama. Na divadle účinkoval mimo jiné v inscenaci Betrayal v Bristol Old Vic a Duke's Playhouse, v Robbers v Tristan Bates Theatre a v Paresis v Bristol Old Vic. Spolupracoval také s Theater West, kde hrál v inscenacích Sexual Perversity in Chicago, Wilderness a Poaching Deer in Northern Arizona.
V Itálii absolvoval turné s představeními The Blues Brothers, v němž ztvárnil Jakea Bluese, a Twist and Shout, kde hrál Petea Besta, pro společnost Il Palkettostage. Objevil se také v temnější adaptaci slavného příběhu Pinocchio, v níž ztvárnil Gepetta, a režíroval Hamleta v Space Theatre.
Jeho filmografie zahrnuje snímky Team One: Intergalactic Combat, A Warrior's Path a oceňovaný film Bad Company, který získal cenu Falstaff Award. V televizi ztvárnil umírajícího Johna Belushiho v dramatu Death by Excess pro Sky TV. Vidět jej lze také v komediálním pilotu Zero Hour Contract pro Wolfpack Productions / Amazon TV a v internetovém seriálu Brunching Britain.
Marco je rovněž scenáristou divadelních i filmových projektů. Mezi jeho autorské práce patří A Warrior's Path, New Coat of Paint a již zmíněný Pinocchio.
Anthony Rossi
Anthony Rossi se narodil do rodiny herců a režisérů, a s divadlem i herectvím tak přicházel do styku již od útlého věku. V roce 2020 se objevil v oceňovaném filmu Milk of Human Kindness režiséra Davida Javida Zaidova. Následně uspěl na konkurzu na roli Micheila v Brechtově hře Kavkazský křídový kruh, která odstartovala jeho divadelní kariéru.
Během účinkování v této inscenaci byl vybrán jako jedna z představ dětské postavy v Čekání na Godota. Přestože je jeho rodným jazykem angličtina, svou roli se naučil kompletně v češtině.
Poté účinkoval v dalších dvou inscenacích Národního divadla Brno – Pokojíček a Fellnerův Helmer a Helmerův Fellner – a také v inscenaci Don Quijote v Divadle Husa na provázku.
Sára Vašičková
Sára Vašičková je fotografka a filmařka působící v Brně. Věnuje se především studentským a nezávislým projektům, z nichž mnohé byly vybrány na české filmové festivaly. Jejím dosud nejúspěšnějším projektem je film Notice of Readiness, který v roce 2025 získal hlavní cenu na festivalu FFFIMU.
Na co vybrané peníze použijeme?
Vybrané finanční prostředky budou použity na honoráře pro herce i členy štábu a také na pokrytí produkčních nákladů, jako je pronájem techniky, natáčecích lokací, kostýmů a rekvizit, stejně jako dalších technických výdajů spojených s výrobou filmu.

Box of Toys is a short story of loss and renewal, following a father and a son choosing toys to give away to children less fortunate than themselves. During the film, the themes of love and letting go are explored, as well as parental and filial relationships.

Marco Rossi
Marco Rossi trained at the Oxford School of Drama. His stage credits include Betrayal at both the Bristol Old Vic and the Duke's Playhouse, Robbers at the Tristan Bates Theater and Paresis at the Bristol Old Vic. He has also worked for Theater West in Sexual Perversity in Chicago, Wilderness and Poaching Deer in Northern Arizona . He has toured Italy in The Blues Brothers as Jake Blues and Twist and Shout as Pete Best for Il Palkettostage. He also appeared in Pinocchio, a darker adaptation of the famous tale in which he played Gepetto and he directed Hamlet at the Space theatre. His film credits include Team One: Intergalactic Combat A Warrior's Path and the Falstaff Award winning Bad Company , while his TV credits include playing a dying John Belushi in Death by Excess for SKY TV. Marco can also be seen in the comedy pilot Zero Hour Contract for Wolfpack Productions / Amazon TV and the internet series Brunching Britain . has also written for stage and screen and his work includes A Warrior's Path , New Coat of Paint and the aforementioned Pinocchio .
Anthony Rossi
Antony Rossi was born into a family of actors and directors, so he was exposed to performing at an early age. Already having appeared in the Award Winning film Milk of Human Kindness by the director David Javid Zaidov in 2020, Antony answered the call for an audition for the role of Micheil in Brecht's Caucasian Chalk Circle . This role started his acting journey on stage. While performing in the Brecht play, Antony was chosen to be one of the incarnations of the boy in
Waiting for Godot . Antony's first language is English, so he learned the whole part in Czech. From here, he appeared in two further productions for Národni Divadlo Brno, Pokojíček and Fellnerův
Helmer a Helmerův Fellner , as well as Don Quijote for Divadlo Husa na pravázku
Sara Vašičková
Sára Vašičková is a photographer and a filmmaker based in Brno. She mostly works on student and independent projects many of which were selected to Czech film festivals, including her most recent project Notice of Readiness which won the main award at FFFIMU festival 2025
The money we collected will be devoted to paying both actors and crew, also for any expenses for the production such as equipment hire, location hire, costume hire, props hire, and any other technical expenses.
