Matteo was born on Aug 10th 2020, he’s the youngest out of 3 siblings. He has loving brothers Rafael (10) and Cristoano (4).
❤️After Matteo was diagnosed, we strongly believed, despite having no treatment for his condition, our son would have same quality of life like his brothers, one day he would be able to walk, talk, he would see and hear and do same things like any other kid.
❤️Past one year was full of ups and downs, we feel enormous amount of pain and struggle. We have spent most of the our time on the roads, at the hospitals, at the Physios centers that are not covered by the insurance.
❤️At the same time, this year brought to us HOPE, LOVE, HAPPINESS for the little improvements Matteo has achieved, and we are grateful to God, we can support our son despite all the challenges we are facing.
❤️We are blessed we have the whole family and friends, people who know us and people who don’t know us supporting our baby Matteo on his journey.
❤️Honestly speaking, we would delete the day when we were told Matteo’s diagnosis because, that day forever changed life of our family.
❤️BUT Life is not only what happened to us but, LIFE is about how we would deal with situation like this, how we stand up for each other, we all be fighting for Matteo till rest of our life. 🙏🏻
❤️Matteo is due for stem cells treatment in SK Malacky, his 1st stem cells treatment is planned in late summer 2022. During one year he should undergo 4–5 transplants along with Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy before and after every stem cells transplantation. For Matteo it it means improvement in fine and gross motor skills, moving forward and achieving slowly his goals. This treatment is not covered by insurance and one transplantation cost is between 7.000–10.000€.

❤️Matteo se narodil 20. 8. 2020, Je nejmladší ze 3 sourozenců. Matteo má milující brášky Rafaelka (10) a Cristianka (4).
❤️Matteova diagnóza nemá žádnou léčbu, jediné co můžeme pro syna udělat jsou intenzivní rehabilitace, které nejsou hrazené pojišťovnou. My stále hluboce věříme, ze náš syn bude mít stejnou kvalitu života jako jeho bratři, že bude chodit a mluvit jako jakýkoliv jiný chlapeček.
❤️Poslední rok byl naplněn utrpením, bolestí, hodin strávených na cestách a v nemocnicích, ale take radostí z pokroku, který vidíme každý den. Jsme vděčni podpoře rodiny a přátel nám známým ale i neznámým. 🙏🏻
❤️Upřímně řečeno, nejraději bychom vymazali den, kdy nám byla řečena Matteova diagnóza, protože to změnilo život celé naši rodiny. Pevně ale věříme, že s naší a Vaší pomoci a podporou budeme schopni bojovat po boku Mattea celý život. 🙏🏻
❤️Matteo má naplánovanou léčbu kmenovými buňkami v SK Malacky, která by měla zlepšit jeho motorickou stránku. Tato léčba je spojena s ponory v Hyperbarické komoře, které by měl Matteo podstupovat vždy týden před transplantací a pak týden po transplantaci kmenovými buňkami. První transplantace by měla proběhnout na konci léta 2022. Celkově by měl Matteo podstoupit 4–5 transplantaci během roku. Jenda transplantace bude stát mezi 7.000–10.000 €.
