Peníze bychom rádi použili na přestěhování kavárny do prostor s kuchyní a skladovacím zázemím a zároveň blíže k centru, abychom se stali dostupnějšími pro naše hosty, kteří často jedou pro svou veganskou dávku dobrot přes celé město.
Do kuchyně chceme pořídit odpovídající vybavení. To naše dosavadní je velmi minimalistické – klasická trouba, kuchyňský robot a ruční šlehač. (Naši stálí hosté se občas diví, jak je vůbec v takových podmínkách možné připravit tolik dobrot.)
No a pokud to bude možné, chtěli bychom vylepšit náš sortiment nanuků, sorbetů a domácí zmrzliny, specializovat se na veganskou zmrzlinu a ovocné sorbety, tedy zmrzlinovač je naším dalším snem.

Introduction
Jádro Café is a small cafe in Brno Králové Pole, on Purkyňova street. For three years now, we have been a meeting place for lovers of not only great coffee, but also gastronomy, in our case, classic and vegan gluten-free and soy-free desserts and pastries. Everything you taste at our place is prepared directly in our cafe after opening hours. Unfortunately, the premises of the cafe limit our potential in many ways. Our cafe is small, without a kitchen (currently our work surface is a bar, we have the oven under the coffee machine) and storage space, so we cannot increase or expand the offer to meet the growing demand. At the same time, unfortunately, the rent we pay for the space has risen to so much that it is no longer within our means to maintain the cafe at this location. We are therefore looking for new premises with facilities corresponding to our needs and ideas. However, renting new premises, moving and adding stuff our baking space costs a lot of money and it is beyond our power to manage without help.

Who is behind the project:
My name is Jana and I am behind the entire operation of the Jádro Café. Three years ago, I decided to make my dream come true and open a cozy place for people to meet, which would also offer small gastronomic experiences. The idea to bake vegan and at the same time gluten and soya free desserts came practically immediately, as a response to the number of guests with food allergies or intolerances. Currently, these desserts based on original recipes are our permanent offer, and I am proud that in our café even stubborn non-vegans and „omnivores“ no longer decide whether a cake is vegan or not, because they „just love it“.
What will we use the collected money for:
We would like to use the money to move the cafe into premises with kitchen and storage facilities, while also being closer to the center to make ourselves more accessible to our guests, who often drive across town for their dose of vegan goodies. We want to purchase appropriate equipment for the kitchen. Ours so far is very minimalistic – a classic oven, a food processor and a hand mixer. (Our regular guests sometimes wonder how it is even possible to prepare so many goodies in such conditions.) And if possible, we would like to improve our range of popsicles, sorbets and homemade ice cream, specialize in vegan ice cream and fruit sorbets, so an ice cream maker is our next dream.
