Kdo jsme? / Who we are?
Jsme kulturní spolek Krajinou přílivu a už osm let je naším domovem Synagoga na Palmovce. Všechny členy našeho spolku spojuje snaha, aby se synagoga stávala živým a otevřeným místem pro veřejnost. Chtěli bychom, aby prostor nadále žil bohatým kulturním i společenským životem a zachovával si svou symboliku jako místa setkávání.
A právě proto zde vytváříme divadelní inscenace, pořádáme výstavy a koncerty. Snažíme se propojovat umělce, návštěvníky i obyvatele Libně. Vedle kulturního programu považujeme za stejně důležitou také péči o materiální podobu této památky a jejího okolí, tak aby mohla dál sloužit veřejnosti.
Ale bez Vás to nezvládneme! Vašeho příspěvku si nesmírně vážíme. Odměnou každému dárci bude dobrý pocit. Mimo jiné také možnost během kulturního programu navštívit nové toalety a pobývat v opečovávaném parčíku před synagogou.

We’re Krajinou přílivu – a society focused on culture and in the past 8 years the Palmovka Synagogue has been our home. We’re connected by our shared passion for making the synagogue a lively and open space for the public to enjoy. Our efforts focus on the continuation of the rich cultural and social life of the place, and on preserving the symbolic layer of the synagogue as a place of gathering.
Hence, our progamming includes theatre, concerts, and contemporary art shows. We seek to create connections between our artists, visitors, and the Libeň community. Besides our productions, we care about the material form of this landmark and its surroundings, so it could continue serving its community.
But it would not be possible without you! Your contribution is immensely important to us. The rewards to each of our donors include: a Good Feeling, but also an Extra Good Feeling, as well as the option to use the new toilets or our cared-for park in front of the synagogue.
Komu pomůžeme? / Who will it help?
Letos jsme se rozhodli udělat další krok a otevřít synagogu směrem ven. Pronajali jsme si pozemky, o které bychom se rádi starali. Z nasbíraných peněz bychom také chtěli vytvořit důstojné zázemí s bezbariérovou toaletou, kterých je v okolí Palmovky zoufale málo. Máme odhodlání a energii pečovat o zeleň, dbát o čistotu a celkovou podobu veřejného prostoru v okolí synagogy.

This year we are undertaking a step to open-up the synagogue further – we are renting the spaces surrounding the synagogue to take better care of it. From the funds we are raising we are hoping to create a dignified space to freshen up with an accessible toilet – a feature dreadfully rare around Palmovka. We are fully enegrised and determined to care for the greenery, and to keep the public spaces around the synagogue clean and usable for everyone.
Na co budou peníze použity? / What will we use the raised funds for?
Nasbírané prostředky bychom rádi použili na:
- Kontejner se zázemím a bezbariérovým WC, jeho instalaci a úpravu
– příprava prostoru pro umístění kontejneru
– nákup kontejneru a materiálu (beton, dřevo, dlaždice apod.)
– proměna zázemí pro potřeby kulturního provozu - Revitalizaci a péči o prostor okolo synagogy a komunitní venkovní aktivity
– zahradní technika, nářadí, hlína, rostliny
– komunitní aktivity pro veřejnost
– nákup venkovního posezení - Oživování prostoru skrze multižánrový kulturní program
– divadlo, koncerty, výstavy

What will we use the money for:
- a container with an accessible toilet, its installation and adjustments
– preparation of the site for the container
– purchase of the container and materials (concrete, wood, tiles, etc.)
– renovation of the facilities to meet the needs of cultural activities - revitalisation of the green spaces around the synagogue
– Gardening equipment, tools, soil, plants
– Community activities for the public
– Purchase of outdoor seating - breathing life into the building and surrounding spaces through culture
– theater, concerts, exhibitions
