Crowdfunding děláme, protože chceme dotáhnout věci k dokonalosti stejně jako naše burgery. K tomu bude potřeba vlastní řeznictví pod restaurací, příjemná zahrádka, našlapaná vzduchotechnika a mnoho dalšího.
Peníze z předprodeje nám dají komfort a svobodu věnovat se tomu hlavnímu – precizní přípravě našich vymazlených burgerů.
Tahle kampaň nám navíc dává příležitost vrátit lásku zpět komunitě, která nás poslední dva roky nesmírně podporovala. Zpětná vazba a radost z našeho jídla byla ohromující.

Project Introduction
„I always knew what I wanted. When I return to the Czech Republic, I will open a restaurant where they will make burgers according to my vision. And then I will enjoy them.“
And that's exactly what is happening now. I have found my dream place where I will prepare burgers perfected to their best form.
Burgerman has been running for two years already. We will complete our brick-and-mortar restaurant in July. The bank loan doesn't cover everything, so in order to bring the space to perfection right from the start, we have launched a pre-sale. We're not looking for anything for free, so we're offering rewards that are truly worthwhile.
Who is behind the project?
My name is Petr Návrat. Over the past 15 years, I have experienced almost everything in the gastronomy industry. I gained experience in Britain and Ireland, but the idea of starting my own venture in my home country never left me.
I always knew what I wanted. When I return to the Czech Republic, I will open a restaurant where they will make burgers according to my vision. And then I will enjoy them. Upon returning to Prague, I tried something similar at several places. I started with a COVID window in Žižkov. During the summer, we cooked in the shade of the Bethlehem Chapel. Most often, you could treat yourself to Burgerman at the Hospoda U Benyho in Vinohrady. We settled there for a while and gradually started looking for our own ideal place.
And we succeeded! We will meet at Letná at the beginning of summer!
How will the funds be used?
We are crowdfunding because we want to bring things to perfection, just like our burgers. This will require our own butchery beneath the restaurant, a pleasant garden, state-of-the-art ventilation, and much more.
The funds we raise will provide us with comfort and freedom to focus on the main thing – the precise preparation of our beloved burgers.
Moreover, this campaign gives us an opportunity to give back the love to the community that has immensely supported us over the past two years. The feedback and joy from our food have been overwhelming.
