Pomohli jste Kalábkovým, kterým tornádo zničilo dům

Ve čtvrtek 24. 6. 2021 v obci Mikulčice ve večerních hodinách se prohnalo tornádo ničivé síly, které zničilo domov nejen nám, ale bohužel i zbylé části obce. Rozhodla jsem se tuto výzvu uspořádat, protože bych ráda pomohla svým rodičům Ladislavě a Jindřichu Kalábkovi. Já a sestra jsme studentky VŠ a ačkoliv se budeme snažit všemožně pomoci, nemyslím, že to bude finančně stačit.

On the evening of Thursday, June 24, 2021, a fiercely destructive tornado swept through the village of Mikulčice, destroying our home along with the rest of the village. I decided to organize this collection because I would like to help my parents Ladislava and Jindřich Kalábek. My sister and I are university students, and although we are doing our best to help, I don’t think our efforts can make more than a limited financial impact.

Oba rodiče byli při nešťastné události doma. Taťka na zahradě, mamka v domě. V okamžiku, kdy přišly kroupy velikosti pingpongových míčků, taťka vzal našeho psa a schoval se do domu. Poté už mamka viděla tornádo blížící se k zahradě. Byla v šoku a od okna ji musel taťka odtáhnout pod traverz, kde to bylo v nastalé situaci nejbezpečnější. Naštěstí se však ani mamce ani taťkovi nic nestalo a i pejsek s kocourem jsou v pořádku. Bohužel však dům je v horším stavu. Musíme udělat novou střechu, nové stropy, podlahy, fasády a vyměnit některá okna. O nábytku ani zničené zahradě nemluvím. Budeme všichni moc šťastní za jakýkoli příspěvek.

Who are we helping?

Both of our parents were at home during the accident. Dad was in the garden, while Mom was inside the home. The moment hail the size of ping pong balls came pouring down, Dad took our dog and hurried indoors. Then, Mom saw the tornado approaching the garden. Frozen in her tracks out of shock, Dad had to urgently drag her away from the window to safety. Fortunately, no physical harm came to either of our parents and pets. However, the house itself is in an utterly unrecognizable and terrible condition. We need a new roof, ceilings, floors, facades, and some windows. Not to mention furniture and a ruined garden. Thus, we would all be deeply grateful for any contributions.

Peníze by se použily na opravu domu, zahrady a oplocení.
