Ničivé tornádo na jižní Moravě zasáhlo ve čtvrtek 24. června 2021 v obci Mikulčice dům a vinařství Petra Marady. Rozhodli jsme se uspořádat tuto sbírku na podporu jeho rodiny, které přírodní katastrofa znatelně poničila dům. Rádi bychom mu také pomohli s obnovou jeho podnikání, jelikož vybavení jeho vinařství bylo v noci ze čtvrtka na pátek poničeno. Petr a jeho rodina jsou velmi srdeční a milí lidé, kteří jsou součástí místní komunity a toto je možnost, jak jim alespoň trochu pomoci.

A devastating tornado in South Moravia hit the house and winery of Petr Marada in the village of Mikulčice on Thursday 24 June 2021. We have decided to organize this fundraiser to support his family, whose house was significantly damaged by this natural disaster. We would also like to help him rebuild his business, as the equipment of his winery was damaged during the night of Thursday to Friday. Peter and his family are very warm, humble and kind people who are part of the local community and this is an opportunity to help them in some small way.

Během řádění silného tornáda v obci Mikulčice přišla rodina Petra Marady (manželka Věroslava a dvě malé dcery) o střechu nad hlavou, auto a poničeno bylo i vybavení a zázemí vinařství.
O vinařství: Vinařství bylo založeno v září roku 2006 v Mikulčicích. Petr Marada navazuje na rodinnou tradici zemědělství, kdy vinařství bylo vždy historicky nedílnou součástí hospodářství. Tento odkaz předků ho dle jeho slov zavazuje k tvrdé a poctivé práci, bez níž dobré víno nelze vyrobit.

During a strong tornado in the village of Mikulčice, the family of Petr Marada (his wife Věroslava and two young daughters) lost the roof over their heads, their car and the equipment and facility of the winery were also damaged.
About the winery: The winery was founded in September 2006 in Mikulčice. Petr Marada continues the family tradition of farming, where winemaking has always been an integral part of the farm. This ancestral legacy, he says, obliges him to work hard and honestly, without which good wine cannot be produced.
